Announcement for my Clients and Future Events
A main mission I have with my clients is to create the best quality decorations for their upcoming events! To create smiles and joy with every detail I can provide!
With that my concerns and priorities stand with the well-being of my customers and is my primary concern.
I want those to know the following regarding my services due to COVID-19:
-if you have booked an event and would like to postpone the event for a future date I will work with you accordingly
-Deposits already made are non-refundable, however as stated if the date is rescheduled the credit will remain valid
-please note that rescheduled date may land on a day with prior booked installations, I will work in my best ability to organize all events accordingly
-if the location of your event changes, travel fees may need to be adjusted
-balloons and supplies for your event will need to remain the same. all items are accounted for each event.

I am grateful for all my clients, local business supporters, friends and hope that everyone remains healthy and safe during this time.
